Being a vet is one thing, but looking after an entire zoo? That’s a rather different proposition.
My Life: Zoo Vet is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC for £16.74, with Xbox Play Anywhere support allowing you to take your veterinary duties between compatible devices.
Published by Markt+Technik Verlag GmbH and developed by Raylight Games, this latest My Life adventure swaps the farmyard for a zoo packed with animals in need of some care and attention.

A Wild Variety Of Patients
There’s certainly no shortage of work. Lions, elephants, gorillas, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, penguins and polar bears are among the residents waiting for your help, while younger animals also need a little extra attention.
You’ll examine patients, work out what’s troubling them and provide the appropriate treatment, with more than 100 ailments to get to grips with. It’s not just about the medicine either. The expansive zoo features enclosures, stables, outdoor areas and a veterinary clinic, with information boards offering interesting facts about the creatures in your care.
Don’t think this will be as in-depth as Planet Zoo 2 though. We’d suspect you’re going to be a bit more limited here…
Time To Get That Vet’s Bag Ready
Getting around is part of the job, although you can choose to travel on foot or by vehicle. There’s also character customisation, letting you create your own veterinarian before heading out to meet the residents.
Following 2025’s My Life: Farm Vet, this new instalment offers a rather more exotic collection of patients. At £16.74 from the Xbox Store, My Life: Zoo Vet could be just the ticket for anyone who enjoys animal care simulations. Just don’t expect an especially quiet day at the office!
