Silent Hill Townfall requires you to use phones to save your game, be it via phone boxes or landlines plugged into homes, stores, and offices. With this mechanic also comes a lot of different phone numbers for you to call, some of which are vital to the story, and some of which simply add to the spooky goings-on in St. Amelia.

Emergency, Operator, and Save Yourself

Once you first gain access to a phone in Part 1 of Silent Hill Townfall, you'll have three phone numbers immediately available to you and these are as follows:

• Emergency - 900
• Operator - 010
• Save Yourself - 100

The first two of these numbers – Emergency and Operator – are redundant, as their services will be unavailable or inactive. The Save Yourself number however, will likely be one of your most-dialled phone numbers throughout the whole game, as you'll need to call 100 to save your game manually via any phones you find.

Tourist Centre - 496-0496

After unlocking the St. Amelia Shorefront Map, flip it over and you'll find the number for the Tourist Centre in the bottom left-hand corner: 496-0496. Dial this, and you'll quickly find that all tourist services will have been suspended for now.

Room 204, Haldane Hotel - 496-0244

During the game's prologue, you'll find the Haldane Hotel Room Service Card in Room 204. At the very bottom, a phone number for the room is detailed: 496-0244. You can try dialling this as soon as you have access to a phone.

Water Service - 01632 960595

While playing as Zoe during Part 2 of the game, you'll end up exploring her house, which has changed slightly since exploring it as Simon.

If you look at the Water Warning document on her living room table, which advises that all water needs to be boiled before drinking or washing, you'll find the number for the Water Service's switchboard in very tiny writing at the bottom of the document. It's 01632 960595.

Zoe Ellis - 496-0103

When you pay a visit to Mr. Stewart's house at No. 10 Church Avenue during Part 2, you'll find Mr. Stewart's Index Note beside the phone in his living room. On this, Zoe shares her own phone number, which is 496-0103.

Dr. Glenn (Medical Centre Chief) - 496-0556

After escaping Mr. Stewart's house, Zoe will be prompted to go to St. Amelia Medical Centre. Upon arriving there, you'll find the place locked up, with the Medical Security Note outside. This document advises all staff to call Dr. Glenn for access, revealing his phone number to be 496-0556.

Medical Centre Storage - 5353

After collecting the three medications and administering them to the patient in the Surgery, Dr. Glenn will prompt you to go and find some intubation equipment in the basement, but says you'll need to call ahead first. He'll then give you the phone number for the Medical Centre's storage to call: 5353.

WHO Dial Back Service - 946

During Part 4 Clara Woods, there's a phone box in Atlas Square that'll start ringing as you approach it. Answer it, and the caller will almost immediately hang up.

If you then look at the poster inside the phone box here, you'll learn about the WHO Dial Back Service on 946, which will reveal the phone number of the last person to call this specific phone.

Unknown - 496-0112

If you dial the aforementioned WHO Service on 946, the number that you'll be given is 496-0112, which is attached to an Unknown caller.

CEG Lockers - 496-0993

Upon arriving in CEG Lockers during Part 4 of the game, you'll soon learn about locker barcodes and the first of these that you need to find is right beside the barcode scanner here. In the top-left corner of this barcode (and subsequent barcodes), you'll find the phone number for CEG Lockers: 496-0993.

Richard Shaw - 496-0842 (New Game Plus)

You might also recall that the phone box at the very beginning of the game, in St. Amelia's Town Square, also rings. Answering it sees the caller hang up.

If you then use the number for the WHO Dial Back Service here (which you'll only be able to do in New Game Plus as a first-time player would not be aware of the WHO Service at this point), you'll be given the phone number of 496-0842. This is Richard's phone number.
