Both AMD and Nvidia want to deepen their ties with Meta's Muse family of AI models as Meta seeks to raise $95 billion in investments to support its AI infrastructure.
TJ Denzer October 27, 2026 10:38 AM Meta 1Graphics, processing, and AI tech giants Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD have announced a combined $4 billion of investments into Facebook (META) with $3 billion coming from Nvidia. This will go into a round of funding in which Meta is hoping to gather a reported $95 billion in support of its AI technologies.
Nvidia and AMD announced their investments into Meta in separate press releases. The hardware of both Nvidia and AMD are used to power Meta's Muse AI models, which the two both express as a major factor in the investment. These investments will also support future tech collaborations between Meta and the two companies.
“NVIDIA and Meta are expanding our partnership to optimize the computing infrastructure end to end for capable, efficient and secure AI agents, so Muse can empower billions of people to achieve more and pursue greater ambitions,” Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said in his company’s statement.
AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su also expressed enthusiasm for the company’s growing partnership with Meta:
Meta had another solid quarter in its Q3 2026 earnings, clearing over $64 billion in revenue. It remains one of the biggest developers of AI models in the world and the craze shows no sign of stopping as companies continue to spend billions on growth and infrastructure. With its investment round continuing, and AMD and Nvidia on board, stay tuned to the Meta topic for more news and updates.
